iRecall™ is an addition to the iValue Suite™ product family.

Service Pack 2 for LANDesk Management Solution 8.7 is available as of December 15.

This new Service Pack includes:

Drag and Drop Grid Headers: Are you taking advantage of one of the best new features in HEAT 8.4? Drag and drop grid headers are now available for use on the Call Record Browse, Assignment, Journal and Activity Log grids.  This allows you to use collapsible sorting to navigate these grids.  In particular, the use of this feature in the Call Record Browse grid allows you to quickly isolate a group of tickets with on the fly criteria, and quickly get back to the high level view.
