Newport Beach, CA – NetworkD, the number one provider of Infrastructure Management Software and Business Process Solutions, today unveiled a new version of iControl for Windows™ a self service password reset tool that empowers end users to control and reset personal passwords without calling the Service Desk.
This enhanced version introduces an Advanced User Interface for streamlined administration and a more friendly end user experience; graphical dashboard and return on investment reports; optimized database performance including multi-threading for the built-in database; a new validation option which allows operators to validate the identity of a caller prior to providing support or making changes to external systems and enhanced email support.
