NetworkD Group to Offer LANDesk® Best Practice Training in the US

Newport Beach, CA: NetworkD Group, the number one provider of Infrastructure Management Software and Business Process Solutions, today announced plans to extend the training course entitled ‘Achieving Success Through LANDesk Best Practice’ from the United Kingdom to the United States.

Developed by Frank Griffiths, NetworkD Technical Director, the course is designed to teach the best practice of systems management as it relates to the LANDesk Suite of products.  Drawing on years of experience enabling successful national and multi-national solutions, this is the only training course of its type.

“Many organizations fail to gain the highest levels of operational success from their systems management toolset, which the investment clearly deserves," Griffiths comments. "This course exposes and examines defined areas of often overlooked management which are proven to be directly linked to gaining operational benefits, exceeding expectations and enhancing productivity from LANDesk.” This is not training on what LANDesk is supposed to do; it is training on how to make LANDesk do what it was purchased to do. 

 “Attendees in the UK gained ‘Best Practice’ knowledge related to achieving positive, consistent results from the systems management toolset,” Mark McGinn, NetworkD CTO states. “We want to extend this training to the US so that attendees will be empowered to revise and implement structure into their day-to-day LANDesk processes. This will potentially lead to much higher levels of Systems Management Maturity and greater operational success from the LANDesk toolset.”

The four day course in the United States will take place at the NetworkD Group headquarters in Newport Beach, CA. The next scheduled training course is confirmed for July 29- August 1.
