Newport Beach, CA: Avocent Corporation, parent company of LANDesk Software, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Touchpaper Software plc, a global provider of IT Business Management solutions. NetworkD, the largest global partner of LANDesk, is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the union due to its early work pioneering the Systems-Lifecycle Management and Service Desk integration space.
