This enhanced version features a new .NET client interface for greater usability; the ability to modify all text in the product, personalizing the system to a customer's needs; automatic agent updates for logo and text changes, and the automatic application of changes to a user's local authentication server. "As many as 30 percent of calls that come into the Service Desk are password related and iControl for Windows helps to dramatically resolve the associated cost.
