Newport Beach, CA: NetworkD Group, a Sparxent Company and the number one provider of Infrastructure Management Software and Business Process Solutions, will be exhibiting and participating in the Help Desk Institute (HDI) Annual Conference & Expo for the sixth consecutive year. Taking place on April 6 through 9, 2009 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV, NetworkD will be available at booth #627 to demonstrate and discuss solutions for reducing IT operational costs and aligning the help desk with business objectives.
Now in its 9th year, this annual event provides help desk, customer service and IT support professionals with education, insight and thought leadership. NetworkD will be featuring several IT Service Management experts on hand to demonstrate Asset Lifecycle Management, IT process automation, and maximizing the capabilities of the help desk.
Sparxent will be releasing Verismic Software, a range of solutions which extend the functionality of service desk and systems management software, at HDI 2009. Verismic Software will offer Integration Launcher, Password Reset Manager, Archive Analytics Manager, and Power Manager.
