NetworkD has been driving a fundamental shift in its approach to the market that began with its acquisition by Sparxent in August 2008. NetworkD has aligned itself with Sparxent to focus on key market segment opportunities: consulting, solutions, integration, development and services to become a comprehensive single source for IT for medium-sized companies.

NetworkD's new logo combines elements of both companies' symbols, building on NetworkD's rich heritage yet also signaling the new direction the company is headed today.
